Mint
$850 per month · 8 service hours
Eight monthly hours for households that regularly need help with errands, vendors, scheduling and home tasks.
Mint is often used as:
Two four-hour household support blocks
One Greenhouse Day plus remote coordination
A flexible combination of on-site and off-site support
Best for: Busy households that regularly have tasks, errands and coordination to hand off.
Emerald
$1,650 per month · 16 service hours
Sixteen monthly hours for clients who want help most weeks with a larger volume of errands, vendors, home projects, guest preparation or seasonal tasks.
Emerald is often used as:
Four half-day support blocks
Weekly household coordination
A flexible mix of on-site, off-site and remote support throughout the month
Best for: Households that need regular hands-on help but do not need a full-time household employee.

How Membership Begins
Begin with a Greenhouse service
Membership is reserved for existing clients. Your first service gives me an opportunity to understand your home, priorities and preferred way of working.

Receive your membership recommendation
I’ll review your needs and my availability, then help you select the membership level that makes the most sense for your household.

Submit your application
Tell me about the recurring support you need, your preferred schedule and the number of monthly hours you’re considering.

Confirm and begin
Review your membership agreement, confirm payment and schedule your first month. Memberships begin on the first of the following calendar month unless otherwise arranged.

No. Your hours reset each billing cycle because that time is held for you whether or not you use every hour.

No. Text access is a convenient way to submit requests during business hours. It does not include unlimited work, guaranteed same-day service or emergency availability.
Simple request and scheduling messages are not individually billed. Time spent researching, calling, sourcing, coordinating or completing a request counts toward membership hours.

After the initial three-month term, you may request a change with 30 days’ notice. Upgrades and downgrades are subject to availability.

Additional hours may be purchased at $110 per hour when availability permits. If you consistently need more time, moving to the next membership level will usually provide better value and scheduling consistency.

Membership hours are intended primarily for regularly scheduled weekday support. Weekend, rush and unusually complex requests are subject to availability and may be billed separately at the premium rate of $125 per hour.

Memberships begin with a three-month initial term. After that term, cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice.
