$1,650 per month · 16 service hours

Membership is reserved for existing clients. Your first service gives me an opportunity to understand your home, priorities and preferred way of working.

Receive your membership recommendation
I’ll review your needs and my availability, then help you select the membership level that makes the most sense for your household.

Submit your application
Tell me about the recurring support you need, your preferred schedule and the number of monthly hours you’re considering.

Confirm and begin
Review your membership agreement, confirm payment and schedule your first month. Memberships begin on the first of the following calendar month unless otherwise arranged.

No. Hours reset with each monthly billing cycle. Your membership reserves dedicated capacity in the Greenhouse schedule whether every hour is used or not.

No. Text access is a convenient way to submit requests during business hours. It does not include unlimited work, guaranteed same-day service or emergency availability.
Simple request and scheduling messages are not individually billed. Time spent researching, calling, sourcing, coordinating or completing a request counts toward membership hours.

After the initial three-month term, you may request a change with 30 days’ notice. Upgrades and downgrades are subject to availability.

Additional hours may be purchased at $110 per hour when availability permits. If you consistently need more time, moving to the next membership level will usually provide better value and scheduling consistency.

Membership hours are intended primarily for regularly scheduled weekday support. Weekend, rush and unusually complex requests are subject to availability and may be billed separately at the premium rate of $125 per hour.

Memberships begin with a three-month initial term. After that term, cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice.
