It depends on the complexity of the requests, driving distance, access and wait times. We’ll identify the highest priorities before the session so the available time is used well.

Yes. Travel between approved client tasks, shopping, returns, waiting and coordination count as service time. Standard travel to the first service location within the core area is not counted. Additional travel terms may apply outside the primary service area.

No. Purchases, products and third-party expenses are separate and require client approval. Payment or reimbursement arrangements will be confirmed before purchases are made.

Business-hours text access is included with ongoing memberships. It provides a convenient way to submit requests but does not include instant, emergency or 24-hour availability.

Greenhouse does not provide recurring housecleaning, nanny services or standalone pet sitting. Laundry, linens, guest preparation, light household resets and pet or plant logistics may be included within a concierge service block when agreed upon in advance.
