Choose the Level of Support You Need
Full-House Packing or Unpacking
Projects begin at $3,500
Comprehensive, founder-led support for select whole-home moves.
Every full-house project begins with a consultation and customized scope based on the size of the home, volume of belongings, timeline, access and level of support required.
Whole-home support may include:
• Packing or unpacking by room
• Downsizing and editing
• Donation and disposal coordination
• Move-in organization
• Mover, delivery and vendor coordination
• Household setup and restocking
• Creating functional systems in the new home
• Final move-in details and project follow-through
Final pricing is based on the projected hours and complexity of the move. Packing materials, movers, storage, haul-away services, organizing products and other third-party expenses are billed separately.
Project Coordination Block
$625
Up to five hours of planning and coordination for a move, renovation, installation or household project.
Your block can be used for:
• Vendor research and scheduling
• Estimate and appointment coordination
• Delivery and installation planning
• Meeting approved vendors at the home
• Creating timelines and task lists
• Tracking project details and next steps
• Returns, exchanges and follow-through
• Concise project updates
Time is tracked in 15-minute increments and may be used over a 30-day period. On-site appointments generally require a two-hour minimum.
Additional time is $125 per hour.
Single-Room Packing or Unpacking
$495
Four hours of focused, hands-on support for one defined room or space.
This service may include:
• Thoughtful packing or unpacking
• Sorting and grouping belongings
• Box labeling and basic inventory organization
• Light editing and decision support
• Organizing items as they are unpacked
• Creating a functional, finished space
Additional time is available at $125 per hour.
Packing materials, organizing products, disposal fees and third-party expenses are additional.

Coordination for renovations, installations, repairs, furnishing projects and other household improvements. Greenhouse coordinates the details but does not perform licensed contractor work.
A note about project pricing
Greenhouse is a founder-led service, and availability for large projects is intentionally limited. Custom quotes are based on the actual time, complexity and outside support required—not a one-size-fits-all package.
Materials, products and third-party vendor expenses are not included unless specifically stated in your proposal.
