Home Inventory & Documentation
Home Inventory & Documentation
Documentation gives you a clear record of what's in your home before you need one. Instead of trying to remember what was where, you'll have photos, model numbers and receipts organized in one place, kept somewhere other than the house.
Documentation begins at $650.
Made Once. Useful Later.
Most households can't say what's in the garage, what the appliances cost or when the rugs were bought. That's normal, and it's easy to fix in a day.

Who It's For
Second homes and lake houses
The house you're not in is the hardest one to describe from memory. Documentation is usually paired with second-home and away support.
Best for: Owners who visit seasonally or keep the house for guests and family.
New builds and recent moves
The easiest time to document a house is before it fills up. Often booked alongside move-in setup.
Best for: Households in the first year of a new home.
Homes with collections, art or inherited pieces
The items that matter most are usually the ones with the least paperwork behind them.
Best for: Longtime homes and households with pieces that have been in the family.

Most homes are finished in one day on site. Your organized file is delivered within a week.
-
It's yours. I deliver it to you and don't keep a copy. Once it's in your hands, I remove it from my devices.
-
Not for the whole day. It helps to walk the house together at the start so I know what matters to you, and again at the end to go over anything I flagged.
-
No. I'm not an appraiser or an insurance agent and I don't advise on policies or coverage. I create the record. I'm glad to send the finished file straight to your agent.

Once a year is plenty for most households, and sooner after a renovation, a large purchase or a move. Most clients schedule the update for the same month each year.
